My picks for what Michelle & Barack should wear to Innaguration

Here the First Lady's:
Tracy Reese
Diane Von Furstenberg
Monique Lhuillier
I chose these for Mrs. Obama because they were the only three that encorporated what i thought Michelle represents; intelligence, grace, and power. There is also a theme; America (Duh, red, white and blue) Now all the naysayers can stop with the claims that she is unpatriotic. I also chose these three because they were all American designers, instead of choosing all top name french and italian design houses. These picks make her look chic and stylish without looking too unapproachable. The other sketches were wack as hell. Surprisingly, Oscar de la Renta's sketch was kinda bland. Badgley Mishka's was a horrible 90's pageant gown and whatever Betsey Johnson was smoking, I want some cuz she was on some other shit.

Now Here's Mr.President himself:
Nautica
Sean John
Sean John
I know for Baracks suits, they arent't the best designers for the suits, but these were the only acceptable ones out of the sketches. My picks show a very strong and confident man, thats what a president should look like. We all know no one in the white house has a swagger like his (corny, i kno). Marc Jacobs would have our president looking like a e-mo pansy, Rag & Bone and Brooks Brothers would have our president looking like Geofferey from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and the proportions of the Dsquared suit was just off. And where was Ralph Lauren & Tom Ford?

Go to wwd.com to see the other sketches or don't (I'm telling you I chose the best sketches, the rest are pretty dull or hella ugly)
