Directed by Tomas Whitmore P.O.P. (Pursuit in Advertising), is a documentary made for the American Association of Advertising Agencies to highlight the lack of diversity in the ad-world. "The ultimate goal is to inspire the next generation of creatives to pursue their passions, and put the Advertising Industry on their radar as a prosperous career choice. At the end of the day, this is a very important project both socially, and for the industry, because they can only survive with fresh, young talent that is reflective of the world we live in, diverse and full of color."

Clues to their location were revealed on Jay-Z.com, a dedicated Bing site, and Jay-Z's Facebook and Twitter pages—and discoverers win prizes along the way. On Thursday, Gucci revelaed that two pages of the book were located in the windows of its Fifth Avenue flagship, printed in the lining of a leather bomber jacket.
